This is "The Chestnut". This is a smaller cottage but have so much detail & character! It has many wonderful creations added such as the hand made rose bush and vine with small blue flowers on it. Stones, Stucco, Bricks and shingles were each hand sculpted. I sculpted a detailed "herringbone" brick pattern by the entry which gives the outside some "extra" character. There are aged door knobs & door knocker, window box and outside coach light. The insides is painted a soft blue-gray and all wood is painted a warm dark chocolate. The floor has a stone look which was hand carved by me. This creation has been electrified and is 1" scale. This house also comes with an option to add the attic with wood floors with extra light & dormer window in attic.
